Day Replacement Guarantee

We provide a 60-day replacement guarantee under the following conditions:

  • If the selected candidate resigns voluntarily within 60 days of joining.
  • If the institution terminates the candidate due to performance-related concerns within 60 days.
Note: One replacement will be provided free of cost for the same role. Guarantee is void in cases of restructuring, salary delays, role changes, or non-compliant working conditions.
